Common questions
What is not included in monitoring?
Programming work, entries in your name, link building and units beyond the agreed measures. We offer these separately if needed.
Which systems are measured?
The same as in the audit, by default ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Microsoft Copilot. That keeps the numbers comparable across months.
Do we need an audit first?
Yes. The question set and the baseline come from the audit. Without a starting point there is no development to measure.
What happens if a measure is not used in a month?
It can be carried over to the following month at most. Every measure has a reason, so we agree them monthly and carry them out by impact.
How long does monitoring run?
At least six months, because changes in AI answers only show up across several measurements. After that it can be cancelled monthly.
What does monitoring cost?
A monthly retainer per package, billed in advance. You get the price up front in the offer, together with what happens for it each month.
